Made with noble Canarian varietals: Baboso negro 60%, “Vijariego negro” 20% and Listan Negro 20%. Coming from our vineyards, located on the north side of the Island of Tenerife.

Grape varieties

Baboso negro 60%.

Vijariego negro 20%.

Listan Negro 20 %.


The Appearance:
Medium high layer with bright cherry tones and violet edges.

The Nose:
Primary varietal aromas of ripe fruit from the strawberry range, and creamy oak.

The Palate:
Tasty, fruitful, roasted, structured and round, with a good skeleton of ripe tannins, with a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit and a long, smooth finish.


75 cl bottle.

Type of production:

Pre-fermentative maceration in cold 16º, 8 days of maceration in steel vats at 27º.
The vinification is carried out separately, since each variety has a different ripening time, once the fermentations are completed the coupage is made.
Later, it is aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels, making a weekly batonage.


Stainless steel tanks, for a period of 10 to 12 days. At the fermentation temperature of 26ºC.


Minimum of 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol content

14,00 %.


Potassium Metabisulfite.
